Statement on personal data processing and data confidentiality

Brikston Construction Solutions S.A. undertakes to act in an open and transparent manner in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and, especially with Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons regarding personal data processing and regarding the free movement of those data.


Natural persons in question

Brikston processes personal data regarding the following categories of natural persons:

  • former or current clients, potential clients, persons with which Brikston carried out occasional transactions;
  • contact persons, collaborators, employees and/or natural persons appointed by a client/contract partner/Brikston supplier;
  • legal or conventional representatives, co-debtors or fidejussor of the above-mentioned;
  • Brikston employees, administrators, collaborators and shareholders;
  • candidates for positions within Brikston;
  • visitors of Brikston websites.


Purpose for the data processing

Brikston processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • meeting the legal obligations;
  • execution and improvement of services provided through information applications;
  • KYC (know your client) for the purpose of preventing money laundering and combating terrorism;
  • preventing frauds and guaranteeing confidentiality by checking the authenticity of the identification document submitted;
  • reporting transactions;
  • carrying out audits and internal investigations;
  • administrative and financial management;
  • managing conflicts of interest;
  • ensuring security inside Brikston;
  • keeping and filing away documents;
  • implementing personal data safety measures.
  • concluding and executing contracts, supplying products and services (including on-line services);
  • optimising services;
  • recovering receivables
  • finding, exercising or defending the Brikston’s rights before a court of law;
  • managing complaints and claims;
  • designing, developing, testing and using information systems and IT services (including storing databases in the country and abroad);
  • implementing personal data safety measures (including by carrying out safety copies)

  • direct marketing, by communicating information and/or personalised tenders regarding products, services and activities of Brikston and/or its partners, as well as
  • carrying out, by Brikston, directly or through its contract partners, marketing studies regarding current and/or future products, services and activities of Brikston and/or its partners;


Categories of personal data in question

Brikston collects and processes the following categories of personal data:

  • contact information, name, forename, signature, telephone, email, address, profession;
  • information about purchased products/services;
  • data collected when you visit our website, including by cookies or other data collected automatically - data resulted from the use of the applications made available by Brikston;
  • regarding Brikston employees/collaborators/administrators/candidates - professional training data - diplomas- studies, data regarding the history of employees, positions, user ID, wages and bonuses granted, information regarding the monitoring of activity, trainings, customs/preferences/behaviour, tests, questionnaires, disaccords, image, Identity Card/passport series and number, personal identification number, data regarding the health status, religion, data regarding the committing offences/criminal convictions/safety measures, data regarding disciplinary offences, personal data which may result during disciplinary investigations, as well as any other categories of data that the employees/candidates directly supply us with.


Categories of data recipients

Brikston may disclose your personal data, to the extent in which it is necessary, to the following categories of recipients:

  • local / central public authorities;
  • employees/proxies who assist Brikston in the processing activities, Brikston affiliates and/or contract partners;
  • banks, investors;
  • service providers of data processing, telecommunications, archiving, audit, etc.


Rights laid down in the law regarding personal data protection for the person in question and the conditions in which they can be exercised Brikston complies with the rights that the law applicable in the field of personal data protection grants the persons in question, respectively:

  • right to be informed
  • right to access the data
  • right to rectify
  • right to remove data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • right to restrict the processing
  • the right to data portability
  • right to oppose the processing of data
  • right to not be subjected to an automated individual decision
